Hit up some hiking trails for an adventure and hike up to one of the many waterfalls in Malibu. You can even rock climb and scale the rock faces at Point Dume — there’s astounding seasonal wildflowers to embrace waiting atop the rocks. Or, if you prefer a more laid-back and relaxing activity, check out the clean, wide patches of sand and lay out at Point Dume State Beach and Zuma Beach that are just along the way!

Malibu is the perfect place to go to if you want to check out some eye-catching waterfalls. Take a group of your friends and hike up Escondido Falls through the clearly marked paths, taking in views from the various angles of the tiered cascades. Not to mention, the water is perfect to take a dip in on a hot day — or just enjoy the cool mist from the waterfall!
Not only is Malibu full of gorgeous waterfalls and plethora of moss-covered rock formations, if you’re looking for more adventurous, adult-friendly activities, there’s the Wine Vineyards that is the perfect place to have picnics with your adult friends, and perhaps enjoy a themed day including yoga or movie nights! And just when you think it couldn’t get any better, the Malibu Wine Safaris is a combination of both a winery and a zoo.

The many beaches, waterfalls, and hikes are definitely sights to see when spending time in Malibu. But you won’t get a true taste of Malibu’s beauty until you visit one of the city’s most iconic landmarks — the Malibu Pier. It was built over a century ago in 1908, but through the many renovations it still managed to maintain some of its older characteristics. There’s quite a few things to do on this beautiful pier, like shopping at the local stores, dining at the restaurants, and of course, sightseeing. But there is no better way to cruise down the pier than on our Phat Scooters!
