WHAT COMES WITH THE PACKAGES?
Our packages include the equipment detailed on each activity's page, a speaker, and an event coordinator to oversee, set up, break down, and manage your activities.
Are there safety glasses?
All of our battle activities: Nerf Gun Party, Fortnite Party, Gel Blaster Party, and Archery Tag comes with safety glasses or masks.
How Long ARE THE PACKAGES?
Our packages range from an hour to 3 hours, depending on the package you decide. Our curated packages are listed on each activity’s page, and we also offer the choice to customize the amount of time of your package when finalizing the details of your event.
Does my package come with an event coordinator and how long will they stay?
Yes! All of our activities include an event coordinator. They will arrive roughly 45 minutes to an hour before your event start time, run and manage your activity for the amount of time booked, and break down.
When does the event coordinator arrive to begin setting up?
Our event coordinators will arrive 45 minutes to an hour before your event to set up. For some of our set-ups and activities that are not as set-up intensive, our event coordinator may arrive 25 minutes before set-up. We strive to set up on time and adhere to the standards of professionalism!
what is a chalk bomb?
A chalk bomb is a projectile that one throws at other players and releases colored chalk powder upon impact, adding visual excitement to our games.
what is a smoke bomb?
A smoke bomb is a device that emits colored smoke in huge volumes from a canister. Smoke bombs create a fog of war visual effect adding further excitement to our games.
What is the difference between a chalk bomb and A smoke bomb?
Chalk bombs release powder and are throwable, whereas smoke bombs emit smoke and are not throwable.
DO YOU SELL SMOKE BOMBs BY THEMSELVES?
Due to our limited supply, we do not sell smoke bombs by themselves. They are strictly add-ons for our packages.
DOES THE HOST SECURE THE FACILITY/LOCATION?
Clients are responsible for securing the event location. However - AirballingLA can provide our park-list and venue locations based on your zip code. Just e-mail us!
how do i obtain permitting from the park?
Contact the specific park’s administration to inquire about obtaining a permit. Some parks have time restraints; our recommendation is to book as early as possible!
Do you have insurance?
AirballingLA carries insurance!
can the park be additionally insured?
AirballingLA can additionally insure the park of your choice.
are there any discounts?

Can i shorten the package time?
We do not shorten package time.
Do I have to have an extra coordinator if I help?
Yes. We require an extra event coordinator for parties exceeding 24 participants who will play simultaneously to ensure a smooth and brand experience AirballingLA is known for.
What is the mileage fee?
A fee of $2 per mile applies after the first 20 miles from our Los Angeles location (90016).

The mileage fee is calculated from zip code, 90016.
does my party come with food or decorations?
Packages do not include food or decoration.
Are there any hidden fees?
All fees, including mileage, service fees, and additional required add-ons based on your party size and preferences are disclosed upfront.
Can i set up my party on the beach?
Events cannot be set up on the beach.
Do you have any water-style activity?
We currently do not offer any water-style activities.
When do i pay?
Payment in full is required the day before your event.
What are the forms of payment?
We accept Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards.
What is your rain policy?
Because AirballingLA is a fully mobile outdoor experience, weather can sometimes be unpredictable.
To keep things fair for everyone, here’s how our weather policy works:
Are deposits refundable if it rains?
Deposits are non-refundable, including for rain or bad weather.
However, we never leave you stranded — see below.
What if the weather looks bad?
If rain is in the forecast, you may reschedule your event at no additional cost.
Just reach out as early as possible so we can adjust your booking.Who decides if the event can run?
For everyone's safety, AirballingLA makes the final call on weather conditions.
Heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe ground conditions may prevent us from operating.If AirballingLA cancels due to unsafe weather, what happens?
If we determine that we cannot safely run your event, you will receive:
✅ A full credit equal to your deposit
✅ Valid for 12 months
❌ No cash refundsThis ensures you don’t lose your booking and can enjoy your event on a better day.
Why no refunds for weather?
When you reserve a time slot, we prepare equipment, schedule staff, and block off your date.
Weather is unpredictable, but your credit never expires for a full year, so you always get the value of your booking.If you would like to reschedule, you will receive a credit for your deposit to reschedule to another date of your choice.If you choose to cancel, it must be outside of 24 hours before your recent. We cannot issue a credit equal to your deposit for cancellations 24 hours before your event.
If you wish to continue in moderate rain conditions, and our Event Coordinators are able to accommodate, there will be an adverse weather cleaning and labor cost of $150.
What type of attire is recommended?
Comfortable athletic wear and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Can i mix and match bubble sizes?
Mixing and matching bubble balls is allowed!
What does the 10% Insurance cover and is it refundable?
The 10% insurance fee covers equipment that breaks and severely deteriorates in your event. It rids our clients of liability from participants who recklessly misuse AirballingLA’s equipment.
Are there discounts on weekdays?
We do not offer weekday discounts.
